The team at GadgetFreakz have been brilliant.
I bought the Onda Vi40 Elite and Ainol Novo Elf, both products were collectible from a local outlet. I found the sales team more than approachable and answered all of my tedious questions with laughter and happiness. The products themselves are of high quality workmanship and come complete with the Gadget Freak touch of uniqueness.
All in all i cannot criticise the guys at GF.
I cannot wait to return for the next big thing. Personally, I would seriously give the team a call or an email before purchasing from anywhere else.

I found the wifi channel used by BT Home Hub wasn't supported because its an imported device. Set the router to 8 and not had a problem since in fact brilliant wifi reception :D (Posted on 04/04/2012)

I only just received this so early days yet. Excellent service from Gadget Freakz so far - well done! The Tablet is just superb, feels great to hold and not too heavy. The IPS screen is simply to die for - nothing else I've tried comes close. We talk about viewing angles but man, you have got to see it in action. Crisp and sharp as well. The tablet is fully loaded with useful apps as well so off to a flying start. Connected to my work and home WiFi no probs either. Volume from the speakers seems ok as well. I can't comment on battery life so will have to wait and see. For the money it's a steal! You can keep your IPads, this one is for me... (Posted on 03/04/2012)

I'm based in ireland and have researched tablets for a while before purchasing.. gadgetfreakz have been great, I must have sent them 20 emails with questions and they swiftly replied and where extremely helpful, excellent company to buy from. the tablet is great, excellent value for the price and it comes set up with nearly everything you need setup and ready to go out of the box. the wifi sometimes drops for me while at home but I think that really is the only thing and more than likely its some setting I don't know about... any suggestions?

Purchased this knowing there would be a long wait as I was after a tablet with the latest Android version from a UK company. Hadn't realised they were just down the road, the staff at Gadget Freakz were very friendly and even after I had somehow managed to the get the unit reset to manufacturers defaults (Losing the english interface and preloaded apps) they offered to reflash it. Since then the unit has been solid and not a single issue.
Battery life is actually very impressive which I wasn't expecting and I find it can be used and left on stand by for 3 days with around 3 hours use per day.
Only issue I have found is the wireless sometimes refuses to connect to my BT Infinity Router (No problems with Linksys or Netgear Routers though). (Posted on 26/02/2012)

Hands down the best Android tablet I've seen and at a great price. The IPS screen is stunning. As other people have mentioned, Ice Cream Sandwich is very buggy - lots not working properly - but that's not the fault of the tablet itself so I won't mark it down. I'll roll back to an earlier version of Android until we see a fully stable ICS release.

I must say that the tablet is quite amazing for the price. It is more than half the price of a Samsung Galaxy Tab and comes with Android 4.0.3, instead of 2.3 for the tab.

The 5MP camera is good during the day, but not so good in dim light, but it's expected from an intergrated camera. Front 2MP camera is good in all light.

Apps run brilliantly, some do not work very weel yet, but as it's an early version of ICS, you cannot get full support yet. It has great multitasking ability, and you wouldn't notice and lag or difference in performance if you had many apps open in the background.

The screen is HD, and HD apps and games work well on it (e.g. Fieldrunners).

The screen is responsive and reactions are fast.

The screen also has a great viewing angle and is not too bright to read books and bright enough to play in sunlight!

Overall, amazing tablet!

Bought this product over the weekend - and I must say it is a very solid and good piece of kit. The screen is brilliant - the colours and blacks are very sharp. The build quality is very solid - and does not look like a cheap Chinese rip off.
My only qualm is the Android ICS system currently installed on it...very buggy - coming up with a few error messages and fore closures - looks like i may have to update this to the latest ICS from the site to see how that goes.

The service that I recieved from GadgerFreaks was excellent. Very please with the person I dealt with - Thank you.

Overall - Great service - great product - and great company.
